巷道式充填处理矿井矸石工艺技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Roadway Filling Technology for Mine Gangue Treatment

为了处理矿井产生的矸石,降低原煤灰分及减少矸石提升对环境的破坏,邢东矿对巷道式充填处理矸石工艺技术进行了研究与应用,通过研究充填巷区域布置、矸石运输路线及设备选用等,将井下排矸通过矸石充填巷就近处理,解决了在矿井矸石充填工作面升级改造期间无法处理矸石的问题。

In order to deal with the gangue produced in the mine,reduce the ash content of raw coal and reduce the damage to the environment caused by gangue lifting,Xingdong Coal Mine has studied and applied the technology of roadway filling and gangue treatment.by studying the regional layout of filling roadway,gangue transportation route and equipment selection,the underground gangue is treated through gangue filling roadway,which solves the problem that gangue can not be dealt with during the upgrading and transformation of mine gangue filling face.
