微纳米多孔梯度材料隔声性能试验研究

摘要 针对舰船舱室空气噪声控制,开展了微纳米多孔材料样件隔声性能测试、模拟舱室声学性能试验研究,采用直接测量法,以模拟舱室(有无敷设微纳米多孔梯度材料)内外平均声压级为评价指标,进行了无指向性声源白噪声激励下隔声研究性能对比试验研究,探究了微纳米多孔梯度材料对模拟舱室隔声性能的影响。研究表明,无敷设模拟舱室混响时间呈"低频大、高频小"的特点,敷设微纳米多孔梯度材料后模拟舱室全频段混响时间基本无变化,可有效提高舱室隔声量,相比未采用隔声措施,降噪量达到15.8 dB(A)。 Aiming at the problem of noise control in ship cabin,the acoustic performance of micro-nano porous materials was studied.The direct measurement method was used,and the average sound pressure level inside and outside the simulated cabin is taken as the evaluation standard.The sound insulation performance of simulated cabin excited by white noise from non-directional sound source was studied,and the influence of micro-nano porous materials on sound insulation performance of simulated cabin was investigated.The results show that the reverberation time of simulated cabin without laying in frequency range of 80 Hz-20 kHz is characterized by "large low frequency and small high frequency",and for micro-nano porous gradient material laying,the reverberation time of the whole frequency band of simulation cabin is basically unchanged;Nano porous gradient material can effectively improve the sound insulation of simulated cabin,and the noise reduction is 15.8 dB(A).
