摘要
齿轮传动系统是舰船减速器中的关键部件,其动态特性直接影响着减速器的工作性能。在齿轮传动系统中扭力轴为常用联接部件,其扭转刚度将对传动系统动态特性产生影响。本文以某船用减速器齿轮传动系统为研究对象,在给定运行工况下,当扭力轴直径分别为50 mm,60 mm,70 mm和80 mm时,对系统进行模态分析,研究不同运行工况和扭力轴直径对齿轮传动系统固有频率的影响。研究结果表明,只考虑转频激励时,扭力轴直径为70 mm和80 mm可有效防止系统产生共振现象,即齿轮传动系统的固有频率随着扭力轴直径的增加而增加,而工况变化对固有频率的影响很小。
Gear transmission system is the key component of ship reducer.Its dynamic characteristics directly affect the work performance of the reducer.Torsion shaft is a common connection part in gear transmission system,the torsional stiffness of which affects the dynamic characteristics of transmission system.In this paper,the gear transmission system of a marine reducer is taken as the research object.For the operating conditions,the diameter of torsion shaft changes among 50 mm,60 mm,70 mm and 80 mm.The system dynamic characteristics is calculated.Then the influence of different operating conditions and torsion shaft diameter on natural frequency of gear transmission system is studied.The results show that,only considering excitation of rotating frequency,the diameter of torsion shaft is 70 mm and 80 mm,which can effectively prevent the resonance of the system.In other words,the natural frequency of gear transmission system increases with the diameter of torsion shaft increasing.However,the influence of work conditions on natural frequency is slight.
