摘要
离心泵的实际运行环境可能与其出厂性能试验装置有所不同,从而造成泵的实际运行性能与其性能曲线有所差异。为探究真实使用环境中泵的性能参数,可借助于流体力学仿真手段,对泵的实际运行环境进行水力模型建模,计算分析得到实际使用工况下泵的性能参数,从而对实际生产具有一定指导意义。本文设计了进口为均匀流动的单泵水力模型,以及进口为非均匀流动、并联双泵水力模型,通过使用Simerics MP+软件进行了计算流体力学分析,得到了两种来流状况下泵的稳态性能分析结果,预测了进口为非均匀流动、双泵并联工况下,泵实际性能与其理论数据相比的变化趋势。该计算方法及模型设置可供其他离心泵在实际运行环境下的性能参数模拟仿真进行借鉴、参考。
Due to the difference of appliance and piping installation between practical operations and routine tests,the actual characteristics of centrifugal pump may be different from its performance curve.In order to find out the characteristics of centrifugal pump under the practical operations,Computation Fluid Dynamics(CFD)can be used by setting up a hydraulic model of actual appliance and piping arrangement,and the calculation results are instructive to practical operations.This article designs two hydraulic models,which are single centrifugal pump model with uniform inlet flow and two parallel centrifugal pumps model with non-uniform inlet flow,conducts the computation of fluid dynamics by using Simerics MP+,obtains the analysis results of steady state performance of the two models,and predicts the change trend between the characteristics of two parallel centrifugal pumps with non-uniform inlet flow and the results of routine tests.The calculating methods and model setting can be applied in predicting the characteristics of centrifugal pumps under practical operations.
