中压开关柜温度传感器使用寿命分析

摘要 随着智能电网的发展,中压开关柜的状态在线监测需求日益增加,各种在线测温产品应用于重要设备的状态监视。本文对各种在线测温技术进行了梳理,分析不同技术的优点和缺点,并着重探讨了在线测温产品的可靠性和使用寿命的评估方法。文中介绍了加速寿命试验基本原理和阿伦尼斯加速模型,并以阿氏模型为基础,分析了在线测温产品关键部件——温度传感器的使用寿命,得出温度-寿命曲线,并且依据不同的负荷水平分布及其对应的温度构造出温度测试组合,使传感器的寿命评估更加符合真实的运行工况。 With the development of smart grids,the demand for online condition monitoring of switchgear is increasing.A variety of online temperature measurement products are used in temperature monitoring and control of important equipment.This paper sorts out various online temperature measurement technologies,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different technologies,and focuses on the evaluation methods of the reliability and service life of online temperature measurement products.This article describes the basic principles of accelerated life testing and Arrhenius acceleration model,and based on the Arrhenius’model,analyzes the life cycle of the temperature sensor,the key component of the online temperature measurement product,and derives the temperature-life curve,which is based on different loads scenarios.A temperature portfolio based on load distribution and corresponding temperature is proposed which makes the life assessment of the sensor more consistent with the real operating conditions.
