摘要
针对L型全回转推进器在中型科考船上的结构设计问题,基于船级社关于全回转推进器支撑结构的相关规定,以中国船舶及海洋工程设计研究院(MARIC)研发的某6 000吨级科考船为例,总结其船体支撑结构设计的思路和特点,并运用力法原理求解L型全回转推进器梁系简化模型,推导出船体支撑结构的承力解析解,再运用有限元方法进行验证分析,证明梁系计算结果可信、偏安全,为后续类似船型提供相对简便的载荷快速估算方法。
To hold the structure design of L-shaped azimuth thruster in the medium scientific research vessel which satisfies requirements from classification society,taking the 6 000 tons scientific research vessel designed by MARIC as an example,summarizing the thinking and characteristic of hull support structure design and solving L-shaped azimuth thruster’s beam model through structural force method,then working out the theoretical solution of hull support structure,at last verifying the solution by means of finite element analysis,as a result,which can prove the computing result is credible and safe,and its experience can be reference for the followed vessels’ quickly load estimation.
