摘要
为解决船用液压收放绞车节能、负载位置保持与安全性问题,本文提出一种带平衡阀的泵控马达闭式回路,阐述该回路特点。通过建立基于AMESim的仿真模型,对平衡阀切换与管路爆裂进行仿真,验证了提出方案兼顾负载精确定位、安全性与节能的优势,实测数据证明了仿真模型的准确性。研究结果对船用收放绞车液压系统设计具有一定参考价值。
In order to solve the problem of energy saving,load position maintenance and safety of marine hydraulic retractable winch,this paper proposes a closed circuit of pump-controlled motor with balancing valve to illustrate the characteristics of the circuit.By establishing a simulation model based on AMESim,the balance valve switching and pipeline bursting are simulated,and the proposed scheme takes into account the advantages of accurate load positioning,safety and energy saving.The research results have certain reference value for the design of marine retractable winch hydraulic system.
