城市环卫绿色核心技术指标体系研究

Research on the Green Core Technical Index System of Urban Environmental Sanitation

绿色市政基础设施建设已成为我国城市发展的必然趋势,而城市环卫系统是绿色市政基础设施中至关重要的一环,但目前缺乏系统的指标体系。本文从城市环卫绿色核心指标体系的构建、指标赋值说明等方面进行阐述,通过安全、低碳、节约、生态、智慧5方面指标,初步建立了体现源头减量、资源回收、能源利用、安全处置、环境友好的完整指标体系,为促进绿色市政基础设施建设提供依据。

The construction of green municipal infrastructure has become an inevitable trend of urban development in China,and the urban sanitation system is a vital part of the green municipal infrastructure,but there is currently a lack of a systematic indicator system.This paper elaborates on the construction of the green core indicator system of urban environmental sanitation and the description of indicator assignment,and initially establishes a complete indicator system that reflects source reduction,resource recovery,energy utilization,safe disposal,and environmental friendliness through the five indicators of safety,low carbon,conservation,ecology and wisdom,so as to provide a basis for promoting the construction of green municipal infrastructure.
