在中国快速发展的今天,城市建设正从粗放发展模式转变为更加精细的发展模式,而城市建设用地日益紧张,低效用地空间再开发正日益成为城市发展的关注热点。本文分析GIS技术在低效用地空间界定中的应用,然后提出低效用地界定的方法。

With the rapid development of China today,urban construction is changing from an extensive development model to a more refined development model,and urban construction land is becoming increasingly scarce,and the redevelopment of inefficient land space is increasingly becoming a focus of urban development.This paper analyzes the application of GIS technology in the spatial definition of low-efficiency land,and then proposes the method of defining the low-efficiency land.
