鄱阳东湖水环境综合治理分析

Analysis on Comprehensive Treatment of Water Environment in Poyang East Lake

随着我国社会经济的快速发展,流域水环境面临巨大压力,水环境问题呈流域性、系统性、复杂化和差异化特点,采用综合、系统的治理技术具有重要价值。本文以鄱阳东湖水环境综合治理工作的开展为例展开分析,遵循"控源截污,内源治理,生态修复"的治理思路,采用截污纳管、雨水净化、底泥清淤及处理处置、生态护岸、护坡、生态修复工程等工程措施和非工程措施进行综合治理,最终实现了Ⅳ类水设计水质目标,使其在生态城市建设中发挥重要价值。

With the rapid development of China’s social economy,river basin water environment is facing enormous pressure,water environment problems are characterized by basin,systematic,complex and differentiated,it is of great value to adopt comprehensive and systematic treatment technology.This paper takes the water environment comprehensive treatment of Poyang East Lake as an example to carry out the analysis,follows the governance ideas of"controlling sources and intercepting pollution,internal source governance,and ecological restoration",adopts engineering measures(including pollution interception pipes,rainwater purification,sediment dredging and treatment,ecological bank protection,slope protection,ecological restoration projects,etc.)and non-engineering measures for comprehensive treatment,and finally achieves the water quality goal of categoryⅣwater design,so that it can play an important value in the construction of ecological cities.
