宁夏火电行业污染源全面达标排放评估及对策研究

Research on Assessment and Countermeasures of Overall Standard Discharge of Thermal Power Industry Pollution Sources in Ningxia

本研究对宁夏火电行业污染源全面达标排放情况进行评估,针对存在的超标排放、在线监控故障频发、企业环境管理不规范、环境信息公开不及时不全面等问题进行分析,提出了推行非现场监管方式、积极推进环境信息公开、全面加强生态环境能力建设等对策。

In this study,the full compliance and emission of pollution sources in Ningxia’s thermal power industry were evaluated,and the existing problems were analyzed,such as excessive emission,frequent online monitoring failures,non-standard corporate environmental management,and untimely and incomplete environmental information disclosure,and the relevant countermeasures were put forward,namely implementing off-site supervision methods,exploring third-party auxiliary law enforcement mechanisms,actively promoting environmental information disclosure,and comprehensively strengthening the ecological environment capacity building.
