乡镇污水处理厂提标改造的全流程评估及对策

Evaluation and Countermeasures of the Whole Process of Upgrading and Renovating Township Sewage Treatment Plants

某乡镇污水处理厂需要提高出水水质标准。因此,有必要从污水处理厂实际进出水水质变化特征、全流程工艺参数、活性污泥功能菌群活性测试三个方面进行评估。评估结果表明,通过修正符合实际情况的设计进水水质浓度、调整和优化工艺运行参数等内部挖潜的方式即可达到新标准的要求,而不用实施提标改造工程,从而大大节省工程投资,为其他乡镇污水处理厂的提标改造提供很好的借鉴。

A certain township sewage treatment plant needs to raise the effluent water quality standard.Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate from three aspects,namely,the characteristics of the actual incoming and outgoing water quality of the sewage treatment plant,the process parameters of the whole process,and the activity test of the activated sludge functional flora.The evaluation results show that the new standards can be met by internal methods such as modifying the design influent water quality concentration that conforms to the actual situation,adjusting and optimizing the process operating parameters,and so on,without the need to implement the upgrading project,which greatly saves the project investment,and provides a good reference for the upgrading and transformation of other township sewage treatment plants.
