五禽戏治疗骨科疾病的研究进展

五禽戏是我国著名的传统保健功法,因其具有强腰固肾的功效,而"肾主骨"的理论指出现代骨科疾病中因损伤肾中精气而导致骨科相关疾病的出现,此外一系列骨科疾病的术后也往往需要消耗肾中精气修复创伤的作用。故本研究为近年来五禽戏在治疗内因性和外因性骨科疾病中的应用,对近年来的文献进行梳理,为丰富传统功法治疗及养护骨科疾病提供参考。

Wuqinxi is a famous traditional health care skill in China. Because it has the effect of strengthening the waist and strengthening the kidney, the theory of "kidney dominating the bone" points out that the modern orthopaedic diseases lead to the emergence of orthopaedic related diseases due to the injury of the essence of the kidney. In addition, a series of orthopaedic diseases often need to consume the essence of the kidney to repair the trauma. Therefore, in order to study the application of Wuqinxi in the treatment of internal and external orthopedic diseases in recent years, sort out the literature in recent years, and provide reference for enriching the traditional functional methods in the treatment and maintenance of orthopedic diseases.
