广西危险废物处理行业分布情况分析及对策建议

Analysis on the Distribution of Hazardous Waste Processing Industry in Guangxi and Countermeasures

广西大力优化营商环境,服务经济高质量发展,大力推动危险废物利用处置能力提升,不断强化设施的运行管理,使危险废物处理行业得到良好快速发展,危险废物规范化管理水平也连年提高。文章综合分析广西危险废物经营许可发证规模、利用处置规模等情况,并与全国数据比较,发现存在实际有效的利用处置能力并不高,并具有经营类别分布不均、能力结构性失衡等问题,仍有较大的发展及提升空间,并提出相应的对策及建议,适度引导和规范产业发展,推动危险废物处理产业绿色发展。

Guangxi has vigorously optimized the business environment,served the high-quality development of the economy,vigorously promoted the improvement of the utilization and disposal capacity of hazardous waste,and continuously strengthen the operation and management of facilities,so that the hazardous waste processing industry has developed well and rapidly,and the standardized management level of hazardous waste has also improved year after year,comprehensively analyzing the license issuing scale,utilization and disposal scale of hazardous waste in Guangxi,and comparing with the national data,it is found that the actual effective utilization and disposal capacity is not high,and there are some problems such as uneven distribution of business categories and structural imbalance of capacity so there is still much room for development and improvement.In this regard,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to appropriately guide and standardize the industrial development and promote the green development of hazardous waste processing industry.
