摘要
高校绩效改革是学校薪酬分配制度实施的重要举措,对充分调动教职工积极性具有重要作用。教学工作绩效、科研工作绩效和年终考核绩效是影响教师工资水平的关键因素,也是高校绩效改革的重点。文章通过分析研究,运用层次分析法,建立高校教师绩效改革教师激励程度评价模型,构造出判断矩阵,并进行一致性检验,得出高校绩效改革教师激励程度模型各评价指标及其子因素的占比。
University performance reform is an important measure for the implementation of the school salary distribution system,which plays an important role in fully arousing the enthusiasm of teaching staff Teaching performance,scientific research performance and year-end appraisal performance are the key factors affecting the salary level of teachers,and are also the focus of performance reform in colleges and universities.Through analysis and research,using the analytic hierarchy process,this paper establishes the evaluation model of teacher incentive degree of university teacher performance reform,constructs the judgment matrix,and carries out the consistency test,and obtains the proportion of each evaluation index and its sub factors of the teacher incentive degree model of university performance reform.
