值此建党百年之际,实事求是地分析和研究邓小平外交思想的民族精神和时代内涵,并从中探索中国化马克思主义外交理论的发展轨迹和规律,能够切实感受到邓小平外交思想不仅是激励和指引全国人民加快现代化建设步伐的源泉和动力,也为“两个一百年”奋斗目标的实现在战略上提供了思想路径。邓小平外交思想所秉持的民族精神以爱国主义为核心,其时代特色突出地体现为以发展的马克思主义为科学的行动指南,实行全方位对外开放。正是因为邓小平,中国外交于20世纪70年代末开始进入历史转折时期,开启了中国特色社会主义外交理论和实践之路。其外交思想在新中国外交史上承上启下、继往开来,起到关键性作用。习近平外交思想是对新中国外交理论的继承发展,新时代以此为指引,不断开创中国特色大国外交新局面。

On the occasion of the centenary of the founding of the Party,this article analyzes and studies the national spirit and contemporary connotation of Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thought practically,and explores the development track and law of the Marxist diplomatic theory in China,and believes that Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thought is not only the source of power for inspiring and guiding the people of the whole country to accelerate the modernization drive,but also provides a way to realize the "two centenary goals" at the thought level.Deng Xiaoping’s diplomatic thought holds a national spirit with patriotism at the core,and its characteristics of the times are embodied in taking the developing Marxism as the scientific action guide,and pursuing all-round opening.It is because of Deng Xiaoping that China’s diplomacy began to enter a historical turning period in the late 1970s,which helped China to embark on the road of theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.His diplomatic thought plays a connecting and key role in the history of new China’s diplomacy.Xi Jinping’s diplomatic thought inherits and carries on New China’s diplomatic theory,and under its guidance,it should continue to open up new prospects for China’s great-power diplomacy in the new era.
