福建省民营制造业高质量发展内外部环境的路径与策略

The Path and Strategy of the Internal and External Environment for the High-quality Development of Private Manufacturing in Fujian Province

制造业是立国之本、强国之基,是实体经济的支柱。改革开放以来,民营制造企业已经成为福建省经济社会发展不可或缺的重要力量和创新创造的活水源头,但与福建省经济社会发展和制造业高质量发展要求相比尚有明显差距。从制约福建省民营制造业高质量发展的瓶颈分析,政府应遵从制造业优先导向,优化民营制造业高质量发展顶层设计;加强科技创新,推进制造产业基础高级化;强化金融服务,有效解决融资难、融资贵难题;补足人才短板,夯实民营制造业高质量发展基础;落实政府政策,营造民营制造业营商环境,助力民营制造业的成长。

Manufacturing is the foundation of a country,the foundation of a strong country,and the pillar of the real economy.Since the reform and opening up,private manufacturing enterprises have become an indispensable force for the economic and social development in Fujian province and the source of innovation.However,compared with the requirements of Fujian economic and social development and high-quality manufacturing development,there is still a significant gap.This article analyzes restricting factors of the high-quality development for private manufacturing in Fujian,suggests the government should follow the priority orientation of manufacturing and optimize the top-level design for high-quality development of private manufacturing,strengthen technological innovation and develop manufacturing industry,strengthen financial services,solve financing difficulties and expensive financing,cultivate talents,consolidate the foundation of private manufacturing,implement government policies,create a business environment for private manufacturing,and promote the development of private manufacturing.
