藩镇官员收入问题在唐代藩镇研究中值得重视。藩镇官员收入成分复杂,有俸禄、赏赐等多种来源,并具有地域性及群体性差异,不应笼统概括。唐王朝对藩镇官员制定收入标准,规定待遇优厚,学界据此认为藩镇官员收入普遍丰厚,但实际上唐王朝规定标准并未普遍推行,各地情况存在差异。总体上南方藩镇官员以俸禄为主要收入,待遇优厚;北方藩镇官员以赏赐收入为主,待遇较低。

The income of the officials in the Tang Dynasty military governor should be paid attention enough.The income situation of the officials in the vassal towns should not be generalized.The income structure is complex.There are many sources such as salary and reward,and there are regional differences.In Tang Dynasty,the salary standard of the officials in the vassal towns was established,which stipulated that they were well paid.But in fact,the standards of the Tang Dynasty were not widely implemented,and the situation varied from place to place.The main source of income of the southern government officials who have good treatment is salary,and the northern government officials who have low treatment is reward income.
