盐酸羟考酮是一种半合成阿片类药物,常与其他类型镇痛药联合用于术后自控镇痛。本文就近年来国内外关于盐酸羟考酮联合用药术后自控镇痛的用药情况进行综述,主要探讨盐酸羟考酮联合用药用于术后静脉自控镇痛、硬膜外自控镇痛及外周神经阻滞镇痛等方面的研究现状,为临床术后镇痛合理用药提供相关依据。

Oxycodone hydrochloride is a kind of semi-synthetic opioid,and is widely combined with other drugs for the use of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia.This thesis reviews the use of oxycodone hydrochloride combined with other drugs of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia at home and abroad in recent years,and discusses the current status of research on the use of oxycodone hydrochloride combined with other drugs of postoperative patient-controlled analgesia,epidural self-administered analgesia and peripheral nerve block analgesia to provide the relevant basis for the rational use of clinical postoperative analgesia.
