夜班对护士生理和生活状况的影响分析

The influencing factors of night shift on the nurses'physiological and living statue

目的调查分析护士夜班与生理和生活状况的关系,为后续夜班的干预措施和临床护理管理提供依据。方法选取两个某三级甲等医院女护士190名为调查对象,以持续夜班病房的147名护士为夜班组,无夜班的46名护士为白班组。采用统一设计的电子调查问卷调查基本信息,并由经专门培训的调查人员对研究对象进行体格测量等收集资料。结果调查分析结果显示,夜班组的腰围、臀围超过白班组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且夜班组家庭关系、活动量、睡眠质量随着夜班数量的增加而恶化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论夜班会对护士身体症状、肥胖具有一定的影响,并且伴随夜班累计时间增加,对家庭关系、活动量、睡眠质量影响越发明显。管理者需要制定有效干预措施,减少夜班护士的身体负担,从而降低护士离职率,最终达到改善护理质量和患者结局的目的。

Objective To investigate and analyze the relationship between nurses'night shift and physiological and living statue,so as to provide evidence for follow-up intervention measures and clinical nursing management of night shift.Methods A total of 190 female nurses in two Grade I hospitals were selected as study subjects.147 nurses in the ward with night shift were set as the night shift group,and 46 nurses without night shift were set as the day shift group.A unifi ed electronic questionnaire was used to investigate basic information and specially trained investigators took physical measurements of the subjects to collect data.Results The investigation and analysis results showed that,the waist circumference and hip circumference of the night shift group were higher than the day shift group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),and the family relationship,activity and sleep quality of the night shift group deteriorated with the increase of the number of night shifts,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Night shift has the infl uence on nurses'physical symptoms and obesity,with the increase of night shift accumulated time,the infl uence on family relationship,activity quantity and sleep quality was more outstanding.Managers need to develop eff ective interventions to reduce body load among night nurses so as to reduce the quit rate of nurses and ultimately improve the quality of nursing and patient outcomes.
