摘要
目的调查安徽省某三级甲等综合医院护理人员职业精神与工作满意度的现状,探讨二者之间的相关性。方法抽取2020年10—11月安徽省某三级甲等综合性医院1126名护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料调查表、Snizek修订版霍尔职业精神量表(SR-HPI)的汉化版和卡劳斯克/米勒满意度量表(MMSS)对其进行问卷调查。结果本研究最终纳入调查对象1049名,其中护士工作满意度总分为108.19±16.23分,职业精神总分为50.10±6.54分,护士职业精神总分与工作满意度总分之间呈正相关(r=0.381,P<0.05)。单因素及多因素分析显示,文化程度、每月平均夜班数和职业精神是护士工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论安徽省某三级甲等综合性医院护士职业精神水平和工作满意度水平有待提高,职业精神影响护士的工作满意度,管理者应采取措施提高护士的职业精神,从而提高护士的工作满意度,降低离职率。
Objective To investigate the status of nursing professionalism and nurses'job satisfaction in a ClassⅢGradeⅠhospital of Anhui province and to explore the correlation between them.Methods To select 1126 nurses from a ClassⅢGradeⅠhospital of Anhui province as the research object,the general characteristics scale,the Chinese version of the Snizek-revised Hall’s professionalism inventory scale(SR-HPIS)and McCloskey/Mueller satisfaction scale(MMSS)were used to apply the questionnaire survey.Results A total of 1049 nurses were included in the study,the score of nursing professionalism was 50.10±6.54 points,the score of nurses'job satisfaction was 108.19±16.23 points.There were a positive correlation between the total score of nursing professionalism and nurses'job satisfaction(r=0.381,P<0.05).Univriate and multivariate analysis showed that,education level,monthly average night shift and nursing professionalism were the influencing factors of nurses'job satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of nursing professionalism and nurses'job satisfaction in a ClassⅢGradeⅠhospital of Anhui province need to be improved,nursing professionalism aff ects nurses'job satisfaction.Administrators should take measures to improve nurses'professionalism,so as to improve nurses'job satisfaction and reduce the quit rate.
