青中年经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者延续性护理需求及影响因素

Continuing care needs and influencing factors of young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention

目的了解青中年经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)后患者延续性护理需求现状,并分析其影响因素。方法选取2019年10月—2020年3月在宁夏医科大学总医院心内科行PCI术的患者150例为研究对象,对150例青中年经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者,采用一般资料调查表、PCI术后延续性护理需求量表进行调查。结果青中年PCI术后患者延续性护理需求总分为48.47±7.08分,需求程度较高,其中康复指导需求维度得分最高,自护协助需求维度得分最低。74.00%的患者希望通过网络沟通平台提供延续护理服务,65.33%的患者希望通过电话随访获得护理服务。单因素及多因素线性回归分析结果显示,年龄与家庭月收入是青中年PCI术后患者延续护理需求的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论青中年PCI术后患者延续性护理需求较高,年龄偏大、家庭收入高的患者需求相对较高,应结合护理服务方式需求制订科学有效的、个体化延续护理方案,以促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the continuing care needs of young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and analyze the infl uencing factors.Methods A total of 150 patients who underwent PCI in the department of cardiology in General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.A total of 150 young and middle-aged patients after percutaneous coronary intervention were investigated by general data questionnaire and continuous care demand scale after PCI.Results The total score of the continuous care needs of young and middle-aged patients after PCI was 48.47±7.08 points,the demand degree was high,the demand dimension of rehabilitation guidance scored was the highest,and the demand dimension of self-care assistance scored was the lowest.74.00%of the patients hoped to be provided continued care services via the network communication platform,65.33%of the patients hoped to obtain care services through telephone follow-up.The results of univariate and multivariate linear regression analysis showed that,age and monthly family income were the main factors eff ect the continuing care needs of young and middle-aged patients after PCI(P<0.05).Conclusion Young and middle-aged patients after PCI had a higher demand for continuity of care,the patients with older age and higher family income had a higher demand.Scientifi c and eff ective individualized continuous care programs should be formulated according to the needs of nursing service mode to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
