基于Snyder希望理论的延续性康复护理对喉癌术后出院患者的影响

Effects of continuous rehabilitation nursing based on Snyder hope theory on discharged patients after laryngeal cancer surgery

目的探讨基于Snyder希望理论的延续性康复护理对喉癌术后出院患者的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年5月医院收治的喉癌手术患者128例为研究对象,按照两组资料具有匹配性的原则分为观察组和对照组,各64例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施基于Snyder希望理论的延续性康复护理干预,比较两组患者的希望水平、康复锻炼依从性、SF-36生活质量量表评分。结果干预后,观察组患者的希望水平评分、康复锻炼依从率、SF-36生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Snyder希望理论的延续性康复护理可提升喉癌术后出院患者的希望水平及康复锻炼依从性,改善其生活质量。

Objective To explore the eff ect of continuous rehabilitation nursing based on Snyder hope theory on discharged patients after laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 128 laryngeal cancer patients admitted in the hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of basic data matching between the two groups,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given the Snyder hope theory on the basis of routine nursing based on the control group.Hope level,rehabilitation exercise compliance and SF-36 quality of life score of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the hope level score,rehabilitation exercise compliance rate and SF-36 quality of life score of patients in the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was staistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous rehabilitation nursing based on Snyder hope theory could improve the hope level and rehabilitation exercise compliance of discharged patients after laryngeal cancer surgery,and improve their quality of life.
