“岗-能驱动”护理培训模式对麻醉科专科护士岗位胜任能力的影响

The effect of‘position-ability drive’nursing training mode on the post competency of anesthesiology nurses

目的分析“岗-能驱动”护理培训模式对麻醉科专科护士的岗位胜任能力的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2021年4月医院麻醉科在职护士80名,根据护理培训模式不同分为对照组和观察组,各40名。对照组实施传统麻醉科专科护理培训模式,观察组在对照组基础上实施“岗-能”驱动护理培训模式,比较两组护士考试成绩、岗位胜任能力等情况。结果培训后,观察组护士在实践操作、理论知识、团队合作能力、职业素养与精神、知识运用以及信息素质等考试成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士在协调沟通能力、评判性思维能力、人格特质、临床护理能力以及自我发展能力等岗位胜任能力得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对麻醉专科护士实施“岗-能驱动”护理培训模式,可提升护士专科考试成绩,培养护士应急事件处理能力,提高护理服务质量水平和护士岗位胜任能力,促进医院临床护理的可持续发展。

Objective To analyze the effect of‘position-ability drive’nursing training mode on the post competence of anesthesiology nurses.Methods From June 2019 to April 2021,80 on-the-job nurses in anesthesiology department were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing training modes,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional anesthesiology specialty nursing training mode,the observation group was given the'position-ability drive'nursing training mode base on the control group.The test scores and post competency of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results After training,the scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than the control group in practical operation,theoretical knowledge,teamwork ability,professional accomplishment and spirit,knowledge application and information quality,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses in the observation group in coordination and communication ability,critical thinking ability,personality traits,clinical nursing ability and self-development ability were higher than the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of'position-ability drive'nursing training mode for anesthesiology nurses can improve the scores of nurses'examination score,cultivate nurses'emergency handling ability,improve nursing service quality,post competence and promote the sustainable development of hospital clinical nursing.
