钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白-2抑制剂对2型糖尿病患者发生心房颤动机制的研究进展

摘要 30多年前,在弗雷明汉心脏研究中[1],2型糖尿病就被确定为心房颤动发展的危险因素,2型糖尿病患者发生心血管事件的风险及心血管死亡率均较未患有糖尿病的人群高。一项Meta分析显示⑵,在糖尿病存在的情况下,患者发生心房颤动的风险增加了40%。亦有研究显示[3],与窦性心律的2型糖尿病患者相比,患有心房颤动的糖尿病患者总死亡率增加了61%。
