基于共生理论的跨境电商公共海外仓耦合机制研究——以中俄为例

Research on the Coupling Mechanism of Cross-border E-commerce Public Overseas Warehouses Based on Symbiosis Theory——Take China and Russia as Examples

随着互联网技术在世界范围内的广泛普及,跨境电商逐渐成为国际贸易的中坚力量,而跨境电商的发展需要跨境物流作为支撑。公共海外仓作为跨境物流的新形式,因其方便快捷受到越来越多的跨境电商企业的青睐。据海关总署统计,2019年中俄进出口贸易总额达1107.6亿美元,俄罗斯作为中国的十大贸易伙伴之一,广大的市场潜力也受到越来越多中国电商企业的青睐。本文从共生的视角出发,研究中俄跨境电商和公共海外仓的耦合机制,得出全跨境电商与公共海外仓的耦合最优解,为中俄跨境贸易的发展提供新思路。

With the widespread popularity of Internet technology worldwide,cross-border e-commerce has gradually become the backbone of international trade,and the development of cross-border e-commerce needs cross-border logistics as a support.As a new form of cross-border logistics,public overseas warehouses are favored by more and more cross-border e-commerce companies because of their convenience and speed.According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs,the total import and export trade between China and Russia in 2019 reached 110.76 billion U.S.dollars.As one of China's top ten trading partners,Russia has a vast market potential that is favored by more and more Chinese e-commerce companies.From the perspective of symbiosis,this paper studies the coupling mechanism of Sino-Russian cross-border e-commerce and public overseas warehouses,and obtains the optimal solution for the coupling of cross-border e-commerce and public overseas warehouses,and provides new ideas for the development of Sino-Russian cross-border trade..
