摘要 随着互联网科技水平的提高,电子商务行业蓬勃发展,创业者数不胜数。近几年来,拼多多凭借差异化的战略选择异军突起,2019年活跃买家数量赶超京东,隐约有成为第三巨头的趋势。因此,本文以拼多多作为研究对象,从战略差异化视角分析其财务战略的选择与实施效果,希望能总结部分成功经验,为其他中小型电商企业的发展提供借鉴经验。 With the improvement of Internet technology,the e-commerce industry is booming,and there are countless entrepreneurs.In recent years,Pinduoduo has sprung up with differentiated strategic choices.In 2019,the number of active buyers surpassed JD.com,and it has a vague tendency to become the third giant.Therefore,this article takes Pinduoduo as the research object,analyzes its financial strategy selection and implementation effect from the perspective of strategic differentiation,hoping to summarize some successful experiences and provide reference for the development of other small and medium-sized e-commerce companies.
