T公司基层员工绩效考核的问题与优化

摘要 当今瞬息万变的互联网时代,各行业间、企业间的竞争越来越激烈,传统企业、效率低下,企业每时每刻都可能面临着被淘汰的风险。他们逐渐意识到员工在企业中的积极作用,也深刻认识到绩效在企业中举足轻重的地位。T公司是一家处于快速扩张期的物流企业,每年都在各高校招聘大量的物流专业性人才,基层员工比例大,虽有一套自己的绩效考核制度,但是仍存在不足。因此,公司如何在明辨自身问题的基础上,改善自己的绩效考核制度,激发出员工的核心竞争力尤为关键。 In today's rapidly changing Internet era,competition among industries and enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.Traditional enterprises and low efficiency,enterprises may face the risk of being eliminated at all times.They gradually realized the positive role of employees in the company,and also deeply realized the pivotal position of performance in the company.Company T is a logistics company in a period of rapid expansion.It recruits a large number of logistics professionals in various colleges and universities every year.The proportion of grassroots employees is large.Although it has its own performance appraisal system,it still has shortcomings.Therefore,how the company can improve its performance appraisal system on the basis of identifying its own problems and inspire the core competitiveness of its employees is particularly critical.
