某风电机组偏航过度扭缆事件原因分析及解决方案探究 被引量:1

摘要 某风电场38#机组报出“扭缆传感器”故障,登机检查发现马鞍桥处定子电缆严重扭缆。通过对偏航过度扭缆的原因进行了详细的分析,指出了风电机组控制策略方面存在的不足,并对偏航电机是否能够在仅有偏航卡钳液压刹车的情况下继续偏航进行了公式推导计算,同时对解决方案进行了深入、细致的探究,提出了偏航极限位置断开偏航电机电源的控制方案。
