线索暴露结合数数法降低酒依赖者线索诱发渴求:一项预实验

Cue exposure combined with counting method to reduce cue-induced craving in alcohol dependence:A pre-experiment

目的:初步评估主动数数法和被动数数法对酒依赖者在酒精线索诱发渴求的改善效果。方法:采用随机对照试验方法将酒依赖患者分为对照组(5例)、主动数数法组(6例)和被动数数法组(4例),每组共接受5次*5分钟饮酒视频暴露。对照组在暴露时不做干预,主动数数法组在此基础上每次暴露时主动数数法治疗,被动数数法组在此基础上被动数数法治疗。比较干预前、Day 7、Day 21,三组在中性视频和饮酒视频前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)变化。结果:干预前三组线索诱发渴求程度无显著差异(P>0.05)。Day7主动数数组的线索诱发渴求显著低于对照组(P=0.019),被动数数组的线索诱发渴求显著低于对照组(P=0.042)。Day21对照组和两干预组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:主动数数法和被动数数法有助于降低酒依赖者对酒精线索诱发的急性渴求,需进一步研究主动和被动数数法在酒依赖者戒断后复发的效果。

Objective:To evaluate the improvement effect of active counting method and passive counting method on patients of alcohol dependence craving induced by alcohol cues.Methods:Patients of alcohol dependence were randomly divided into control group(n=5),active counting group(n=6)and passive counting group(n=4).Each group received 5 times*5-minute drinking video exposure.The control group did not receive intervention,the active counting group was treated with active counting method,and the passive counting group was treated with passive counting method.Before intervention,on Day 7 and Day 21,the changes of visual analogue scale(VAS)before and after neutral video and drinking video were compared among the three groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the degree of cue-induced craving among the three groups before intervention(P>0.05).On Day 7,the cue-induced craving of the active counting group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.019),while that of the passive counting group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.042).On Day 21,there was no significant difference between the control group and the two intervention groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The active counting method and passive counting method are helpful to reduce the acute craving of alcohol addicts for alcohol cue.It is necessary to further study the effect of active counting method and passive counting method on relapse of alcohol addicts after abstinence.
