有氧联合抗阻运动对ATS类药物依赖强制隔离戒毒者心理健康及炎性因子的影响

The effect of aerobic combined resistance exercise on the mental health and inflammatory factors of ATS drug dependent compulsory isolation and detoxification patients

目的:探究有氧联合抗阻运动对ATS类药物依赖强制隔离戒毒者心理健康及炎性因子的影响。方法:选取湖南省白泥湖强制隔离戒毒所符合纳入标准的男性ATS类药物依赖者123例。按运动干预方式的不同分为三组,即:对照组(CO组),有氧运动组(AE组),有氧运动联合抗阻运动组(AR组),对AE组与AR组分别进行为期12周有氧运动干预和有氧联合抗阻训练,并比较分析运动干预前后三组患者心理指标、炎性因子及药物渴求度的差异,所有数据采用SPSS 22.0进行统计分析。结果:三组ATS类药物依赖戒断者基本资料数值相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);运动干预后,CO组无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AE组、AR组患者IL-6、TNF-α、IL-1β水平、SCL-90、SDS、SAS评分及与药物渴求度与运动干预前相比均有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IL-10表达水平有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。运动方式与时间对IL-10、IL-1β表达水平、SDS、SAS评分及药物渴求度存在交互作用(P<0.05),运动方式及时间对IL-10、IL-1β表达水平、SDS、SAS评分及药物渴求度主效应均较为显著(P<0.05),时间对IL-6表达水平主效应显著(P<0.05),运动方式对TNF-α表达水平主效应显著(P<0.05)运动方式对SCL-90评分主效应显著(P<0.05)。经皮尔森相关性分析结果显示:IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α、表达与心理指标(SCL-90、SDS、SAS)及药物渴求度(VAS)均呈现正相关性(P<0.05),IL-10表达与心理指标及VAS呈现负相关性(均P<0.05)。结论:中强度有氧运动联合抗阻训练可有效改善ATS类药物依赖强制隔离戒毒者的炎性因子水平,提高其心理健康,降低对药物的渴求程度。

Objective:To explore the effects of aerobic combined resistance exercise on the mental health and inflammatory factors of ATS drug dependent compulsory isolation and abstinence patients.Methods:123 cases of ATS drug dependence who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Bainihu Compulsory Isolation Drug Rehabilitation Center in Hunan Province.Divided into three groups according to different exercise intervention methods,namely:control group(CO group);aerobic exercise group(AE group);aerobic exercise combined with resistance exercise group(AR group),The AE group and AR group were treated with aerobic exercise intervention and aerobic combined resistance training for 12 weeks,respectively.The differences in psychological indicators,inflammatory factors and drug cravings between the three groups of patients before and after exercise were compared and analyzed.All data were analyzed by SPSS 22.Results:The basic data of the three groups of ATS drug dependence and withdrawal patients were similar in value,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);after exercise intervention,the CO group had no significant change,and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The levels of IL-6,TNF-α,IL-1β,SCL-90,SDS,SAS scores,and drug cravings of patients in AE group and AR group were reduced compared with those before exercise intervention.The difference was significant(P<0.05),and the expression level of IL-10 increased,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Exercise mode and time have an interactive effect on the expression level of IL-10,IL-1β,SDS,SAS scores and drug cravings(P<0.05).Exercise mode and time have effects on the expression level of IL-10,IL-1β,SDS,SAS,the main effects of scoring and drug craving were more significant(P<0.05),time has a significant main effect on IL-6 expression level(P<0.05),and exercise mode has a significant main effect on TNF-αexpression level(P<0.05).Exercise mode has a significant main effect on SCL-90 score(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that:IL-6,IL-1β,TNF-α,expression and psychological indicators(SCL-90,SDS,SAS)and drug craving(VAS)all showed a positive correlation(P<0.05)and IL-10 expression is negatively correlated with psychological indicators and VAS(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Moderate-intensity aerobic exercise combined with resistance training can effectively improve the level of inflammatory factors in people who are dependent on ATS drugs for compulsory isolation and detoxification,improve their mental health,and reduce their craving for drugs.
