摘要 仓储物流自动化系统能够大幅度提高企业的仓储效率,降低企业的生产成本。国内仓储管理系统较为发达,现阶段技术人员在设计时将标准化以及个性化等因素融入到仓储物流自动化系统,能够满足当今时代对仓储流程的需求。仓储管理系统能够处理正常业务流程下货物出库等方面存在的问题,能够及时跟踪仓储过程中的异常流程,合理规划物料出入口的路径,切实提高企业仓储的效率。现阶段RFID技术在仓储物流等行业中拥有较大的发展空间,RFID技术中应用的智能标签技术能够克服传统条形码技术中存在的弊端,可以节约人力成本,切实提高企业的仓储效率。本文分析RFID技术的工作原理以及技术分类等方面的内容,阐述RFID技术适用性以及高效性等方面的特征,为企业仓储自动化的设计与应用提供指导意见。 The warehousing logistics automation system can greatly improve the warehousing efficiency of the enterprise and reduce the production cost of the enterprise.Domestic warehousing management systems are relatively developed.At this stage,technical personnel integrates standardization and personalization into the warehousing logistics automation system when designing,which can meet the needs of warehousing processes in today’s era.The warehousing management system can handle the problems existing in the normal business process of goods out of the warehouse,can track the abnormal process in the warehousing process in time,rationally plan the path of material entrance and exit,and effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise warehousing.At this stage,RFID technology has a large room for development in warehousing and logistics industries.The smart label technology applied in RFID technology can overcome the shortcomings of traditional barcode technology,save labor costs,and effectively improve the storage efficiency of enterprises.This article analyzes the working principle and technical classification of RFID technology,expounds the applicability and high efficiency of RFID technology,and provides guidance for the design and application of enterprise warehouse automation.
