摘要
本文针对同一毛坯工件的工业机器人编程方法进行了研究。分别利用示教目标点编程、示教指令编程、离线编程、利用示教器运动指令编程和利用示教器运动指令和Offs功能指令混合编程等五种方法进行编程。给出了具体的编程步骤和程序,分析比较了每种方法的优缺点,并分别阐述了每种编程方法在教学中的应用。熟练掌握这些方法可以帮助初学工业机器人编程的人员尽快适应工作岗位。
In this paper,the programming method of industrial robot for the same workpiece is studied.Teaching target point,teaching instruction,offline programming,rapid programming (direct programming of teaching device) and off instruction programming are used to program.The specific programming steps and procedures are given,and the advantages and disadvantages of each method are analyzed and compared.The application of each programming method in teaching is described.Mastering these methods can help the beginners of industrial robot programming adapt to the work as soon as possible.
