摘要
反冲洗过滤器AutoFilt RF3为全自动的自清洗过滤器,用于去除低粘度介质中的固体颗粒。当超过预设的工作参数,反冲洗过滤器会自动开始清洗(反冲洗)受污染的滤芯。本文以清洗机的反冲洗过滤器为研究对象,开展反冲洗由单片机控制改进为GE PLC控制的研制工作。有效解决单片机控制反冲洗过程出现的控制板安装不方便、调试时间长、故障率高等问题。将AUOTFILT RF3反冲洗过滤器将单片机控制改PLC控制,滤芯被反冲洗时不会中断过滤,反冲洗过滤器出口液流不间断,实现连续运行。
AutoFilt RF3 is a fully automatic self-cleaning filter for the removal of solid particles in low viscosity media.When the preset operating parameters are exceeded,the backwash filter automatically starts cleaning(backwashing)the contaminated filter element.In this paper,the backwash filter of cleaning machine is taken as the research object,and the backwash control is improved from single chip microcomputer to GE PLC control,which can effectively solve the problems of inconvenient installation,long debugging time and high failure rate of the control board in the process of SCM control backwash.AUOTFILT RF3 backwash filter will be MCU control to PLC control,and filter element is backwashed without interruption of filtration,backwash filter outlet liquid flow uninterrupted,to achieve continuous operation.
