汽车驾驶员驾车时的心理状态对行车安全有非常大的作用,影响心理状态的原因一般有个人因素和外部影响,比如疲劳驾驶和雾霾天气等。本文从汽车驾驶员驾车时的心理状态切入,探究、讨论如何提升其心理状态,保障驾驶的安全性。重点的提升建议有:培养更好的行车习惯、更高的行车技能、更强的心理承受力、更正确的行车思维和更强的身体素质等。
The psychological state of a car driver while driving has a great effect on driving safety.The reasons that affect the psychological state are generally personal factors and external influences,such as fatigue driving and haze weather.This article starts from the psychological state of the car driver while driving,and explores and discusses how to improve the psychological state and ensure the safety of driving.Key suggestions for improvement include:cultivating better driving habits,higher driving skills,stronger psychological endurance,more correct driving thinking,and stronger physical fitness.
