摘要
将苯乙烯(ST)与抗氧剂3052通过溶液聚合法制备聚合型受阻酚抗氧剂P(ST/3052),并对其进行表征,并且探究P(ST/3052)的不同含量对ABS树脂性能的影响。结果表明:P(ST/3052)能够较好地提高ABS树脂的抗氧化性能,添加0.3%P(ST/3052)的ABS与纯ABS树脂相比,5%的质量损失温度提高11.33℃,氧化诱导温度提高7.2℃,黄色指数(YI)从10.95下降至6.96,力学性能保持率较高。综合分析,添加0.3%P(ST/3052)抗氧剂使ABS树脂抗氧化性较好。
Polymeric hindered phenol antioxidant P(ST/3052) was prepared using styrene(ST) and antioxidant 3052 by solution polymerization, and the antioxidant P(ST/3052) was characterized. The effect of different content of P(ST/3052)on properties of ABS resin was studied. The results show that P(ST/3052) can improve the oxidation resistance of ABS resin preferably. Compared with pure ABS resin, the 5% mass loss temperature of ABS with 0.3% P(ST/3052) increases by 11.33 ℃, the oxidation induction temperature increases by 7.2 ℃, the yellow index(YI) decreases from 10.95 to 6.96,and the mechanical property retention rate is high. According to comprehensive analysis, adding 0.3% P(ST/3052)antioxidant makes ABS resin oxidation resistance better.
