摘要
以溴代三嗪(FR-245)为阻燃剂,三氧化二锑(Sb_(2)O_(3))为协效剂,采用反应注射成型(RIM)工艺,制备阻燃聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)材料。通过垂直燃烧仪、极限氧指数仪、锥形量热仪、微电子万能试验机、悬臂梁冲击试验机、扫描电子显微镜等对材料的阻燃性能和力学性能进行研究。结果表明:FR-245在Sb_(2)O_(3)的协效作用下,PDCPD材料阻燃效果性能提升,呈现较好的力学性能。当FR-245添加量为15%,Sb_(2)O_(3)添加量为4%,PDCPD阻燃材料的UL-94等级达到V-0级,LOI值为28.6%,拉伸强度为30.6 MPa,冲击强度为19.2 kJ/m^(2)。
Using the reactive injection molding(RIM) process, the flame-retardant polydicyclopentadiene(PDCPD)materials were prepared with tri(tribromophenyl) cyanurate(FR-245) as flame retardants and Sb_(2)O_(3)as synergist. The flame retardancy and mechanical properties were studied by vertical combustion tester, limited oxygen index meter, cone calorimeter, microelectronic universal testing machine, cantilever beam impact tester, scanning electron microscope. The results show that the flame retardancy of PDCPD material is improved, showing good mechanical properties with the synergistic effect of FR-245 and Sb_(2)O_(3). When the content of FR-245 is 15% and the content of Sb_(2)O_(3)is 4%, the UL-94 rating reached V-0, the LOI value is 28.6%. At this ratio, the tensile strength and notched impact strength are 30.6 MPa and 19.2 k J/m^(2), respectively.
