聚氨酯泡沫降解动力学及醛酮有机物挥发量的预测分析 被引量:1

Predictive Analysis of Organic Volatilization of Aldehydes and Ketones from Degradation of Polyurethane Foam

摘要 通过等转换率法并结合有机挥发物测试,对室温下特定时间后聚氨酯泡沫降解生成的醛酮有机物挥发量成功预测,得到反应级数n的均值及各个降解转化率下指前因子A及活化能E。结果表明:醛酮有机物挥发量占聚氨酯泡沫(PUF)总挥发量的4.48%。PUF在30℃下使用15年后,其有机挥发物(VOC)释放量占其质量的0.772%;而每1 kg PUF在30℃下使用15年后,其释放的醛酮挥发物物质的量可达到6.64 mmol。 The organic volatiles of aldehydes and ketones generated by degradation of polyurethane foam at room temperature were predicted successfully by means of equal conversion rate method and organic volatiles test. The mean value of reaction order n and the pre-exponential factor A and activation energy E under each degradation conversion rate were obtained. The results show that the total volatiles of aldehydes and ketones accounted for 4.48% of the total volatiles of PUF. The VOC emission of PUF is 0.772% of its mass after 15 years of use at 30 ℃. The amount of volatile substances of aldehydes and ketones can reach 6.64 mmol per kilogram of PUF after 15 years of use at 30 ℃.
