摘要
针对PVA退浆废水可生化性差的问题,以四乙酰乙二胺(TAED)作为活化剂,过硫酸钠(SPS)作为氧化剂,构建TAED/SPS氧化体系,用于PVA的氧化降解反应中,通过ESR分析和自由基淬灭试验研究PVA的氧化降解机理。结果表明,TAED对SPS具有显著的活化作用,且几乎不受体系pH的影响。TAED/SPS体系能够使PVA大分子链发生断裂并生成不饱和中间体,该中间体随着反应的进行而逐渐消失。
Aiming at the problem of poor biodegradability for desizing wastewater containing polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),TAED/SPS oxidation system is constructed with tetraacetylethylenediamine(TAED)as an activator and sodium persulfate(SPS)as an oxidant.It is used in the oxidative degradation of PVA.The oxidative degradation mechanism of PVA is studied by ESR analysis and free radical quenching test.The results show that TAED has a significant activation effect on SPS,and its activation is hardly affected by pH of the system.TAED/SPS sys⁃tem can lead to the breakage of PVA macromolecular chain and the formation of unsaturated intermediates,and they disappear with the extension of reaction time.
