摘要
选择分散染料对石墨烯复合涤纶和普通涤纶纤维进行染色,分析了两者上染率和K/S值之间的差异,讨论了石墨烯复合涤纶纤维的抗菌性能。结果表明,石墨烯复合涤纶纤维上染率在95%~96%,上染效果较好,但染后纤维K/S值比普通涤纶纤维低,纤维表面得色浅。石墨烯复合涤纶纤维具有显著的抗菌效果,当混纺含量达到35%时,石墨烯复合涤纶/羊毛混纺织物表现出优良的抗菌性能,同时具有明显的防紫外线和远红外性能。
Graphene composite polyester fiber and conventional polyester fiber are dyed with disperse dyes.The differences of dye uptake and K/S value are analyzed.The antibacterial properties of graphene composite polyester fiber are discussed.The results show that the dye uptake of graphene composite polyester fiber is 95%-96%,and the dyeing effect is good.But the K/S value of dyed fiber is lower than that of conventional poly⁃ester fiber,and the surface color of dyed fiber is lighter.Graphene composite polyester fiber/wool blended fab⁃ric shows excellent antibacterial properties,and has obvious anti-ultraviolet and far-infrared properties when the graphene composite polyester fiber content reaches 35%in blended fabric with wool.
