摘要
受新时代健康饮食理念及减糖低糖旺盛需求的影响,赤藓糖醇等代糖甜味食品添加剂受到市场的高度关注。本文对国内外食品添加剂的标准法规情况进行研究比较,为赤藓糖醇的资源化利用和应用研究提供理论依据与参考。
Influenced by the concept of healthy diet in the new era and the strong demand for reducing sugar and low sugar,erythritol and other sweetening food additives have been highly concerned by the market. This article studies and compares the standards and regulations of food additives at China and abroad, so as to provide theoretical basis and reference for the resource utilization and application of erythritol.
