油茶籽油是我国特有的木本油脂,具有丰富的营养价值和药用价值。近年来,油茶籽油掺假现象层出不穷。为维护油茶籽油在我国油脂市场的良好发展前景,确保人体健康和维护消费者利益,对油茶籽油掺假鉴别势在必行。本文简要介绍了各类检测技术方法在油茶籽油掺假鉴别中的应用现状,如常规理化分析方法、色谱法、光谱法、感官仿生技术、分子标记技术等,并在分析当前鉴别方法存在的缺陷的基础上,对未来油茶籽油掺假鉴别方法的研究趋势进行展望,为食用植物油的掺杂掺假检测提供理论参考。

Camellia seed oil is a unique woody oil in China, which has rich nutritional and medicinal value. In recent years,the adulteration of camellia seed oil emerges in endlessly. In order to maintain the good development prospect of camellia seed oil in Chinese oil market, ensure human health and safeguard the interests of consumers, it is imperative to identify the adulteration of camellia seed oil. This paper briefly introduces the application status of various detection methods in the identification of adulterated camellia seed oil, such as conventional physical and chemical analysis methods, chromatography,spectroscopy, sensory bionics technology, molecular marker technology, etc. According to the defects of current identification methods, the research trend of the adulteration identification methods of camellia seed oil in the future is prospected, which provides a theoretical reference for the adulteration detection of edible vegetable oil.
