男性戒毒人员营养治疗后对身心状况的影响:营养治疗对脱毒康复的作用

Analysis of the physical and psychological status after reasonable nutritional therapy in male drug abstainers:The implications of nutritional therapy for drug addicts′outcomes

目的:了解浙江省某男性戒毒所戒毒人员营养状况及健康饮食干预后对其身心状况影响。方法:在浙江省某男性戒毒所内,根据戒毒状态分为康复巩固(72人)和生理脱毒组(26人),共98人。营养干预方案主要包括干预前后身体测量和生化指标实验室检测,以及健康饮食方案的制定。统计学处理采用独立样本t检验、χ^(2)检验和两因素析因设计资料的方差分析。结果:研究对象平均年龄36.15±7.80岁;健康饮食干预前后两组人群体检和身体成分比较,康复巩固组在体重和体成分指标出现下降(P<0.05);两组人群生化指标和营养指标变化情况比较,两组研究对象在干预后血糖、血脂等相关指标均有显著性下降(P<0.05)。结论:戒毒人群营养状况是以超重、血脂和血糖的异常及微量元素缺乏为主要特征的营养不良,营养治疗对于戒毒人员脱毒康复有积极的改善作用。

Objective:To analyze physical and psychological status after reasonable nutritional therapy among male drug addicts in a drug rehabilitation center of Zhejiang Province.Methods:Subjects were divided into 2 groups according to the detoxification status:rehabilitation(n=72)and compulsory detoxification(n=26).Nutritional intervention programs included body measurements and laboratory measurements of biochemical indicators,as well as the protocols of healthy diet.Statistical analysis was performed by independent sample t text,χ^(2) text and analysis of variance of randomize factoria design.Results:98 subjects were included with an average age of(36.15±7.80)years.The physical examination and body composition of two groups were showed,the weight and body composition indexes among rehabilitation decreased after healthy diet intervention(P<0.05).For biochemical and nutritional indexes,the blood glucose and lipid of two groups were significantly decreased after intervention(P<0.05).The nutritional indicators such as folic acid,hematocrit and serum albumin in rehabilitation and compulsory detoxification were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nutritional status in addicts was malnutrition characterized by overweight,abnormalities of blood lipid and glucose and lack of trace elements.Nutritional therapy had a postive effect on outcomes of drug addicts.
