药物依赖性预警平台开发可行性的探索

Exploration on the feasibility of the development of early warning platform for drug dependence

目的:依靠药物滥用监测平台,区分医疗机构诊疗数据库中药品是否存在依赖性风险,为药品合理使用和监管以及控制提供依据。方法:采用报告率比例(proportional reporting ratios,PRR)法检测算法,建立规则,开发监测预警平台,与医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)对接,验证平台的可用性。结果:阳性组响应值大于1,阴性组响应值小于0.1。初步达到区分目标物风险高低的目的。结论:物依赖性预警平台具有快速判断药物依赖性风险高低的能力,同时具有方法简便、可行的特点。

Objective:Relying on the monitoring platform,we aim to distinguish the risk of drug dependence from the diagnosis and treatment database in medical institutions,so as to provide a basis for rational drug use,supervision and control.Methods:Using proportional reporting ratios(PRR)signal detection algorithm,we established rules,developed monitoring platform,linked with Hospital Information System(HIS),and verified the availability of the platform.Results:The response value of positive group is more than 1,and that of negative group is less than 0.1,initially achieving the purpose of distinguishing the risk of the target.Conclusion:The early warning platform has the ability to distinguish the drug dependence in a quick-manner,drug and the method is simple and feasible.
