地方高校特色的“以本为本”促“四个回归”--以安徽科技学院基于复合应用型人才培养的农业资源与环境专业人才培养计划改革为例 被引量:4

摘要 以安徽科技学院农业资源与环境专业复合应用型卓越农林人才教育培养计划的实施及应用效果为例,在建设“地方应用型高水平大学”的总体发展目标下,探讨地方应用型本科院校利用自身固有的贴近“以本为本”推进“四个回归”的定位优势,构建与调整基于强基固本,提高核心素养的人才培养方案、课程体系和专业建设等的实施路径及面临的挑战,为继续深入推进农林学科专业领域高层次复合应用型人才培养计划改革提供了参考。 Taking the implementation and application effect of the education and training plan of compound applied excellent agricultural and forestry talents majoring in agricultural resources and environment of Anhui Science and Technology University as an example,under the overall development goal of building a“local application-oriented high-level university”,this paper discusses the implementation path and challenges faced by local applied undergraduate colleges and universities to build and adjust talent training programs,curriculum systems and professional construction based on strengthening foundation and improving core literacy by making use of their inherent positioning advantages of being close to“undergraduate-oriented”and promoting“four-returns”.It provides a reference for further promoting the reform of the training plan of high-level compound applied talents in the professional field of agriculture and forestry.
