摘要
随着我国法治进程的不断加快,社会对于法律人才素质要求日益提高,模拟法庭教学在对法律硕士培养过程中有着不容忽视的作用。但是模拟法庭实践方法在具体应用时仍存在局限性,需要充分认识模拟法庭教学方法的重要价值,改变传统观念,逐步提升模拟法庭课程的地位,由“表演式”向“实训”转型,优化模拟法庭教学材料,进一步强化模拟法庭教学的保障等,不断地完善模拟法庭在法律硕士实践教学中的应用,锻炼法律硕士的法律职业能力,培养更加专业化的复合型法律人才。
As China’s rule of law process continues to accelerate,society’s demand for the quality of legal personnel is increasing.Moot court teaching plays an important role in the training of master of laws.However,there are still limitations in the practical application of moot court method.It is necessary to fully understand the important value of moot court teaching method,change the traditional concept,gradually upgrade the status of moot court course,transform from“performance”to“practical training”,optimize the moot court teaching materials,and further strengthen the guarantee of moot court teaching.The aim is to continue to improve the application of moot court in the practice teaching of master of laws,exercise the legal professional ability of master of laws,and cultivate more specialized and complex legal talents.
