低压无功补偿装置用断路器故障分析与改进措施研究

摘要 本文分析了无功补偿装置用断路器的常见故障问题,对35 kV低压无功补偿装置断路器灭弧室触头触指变形弯曲、直动密封漏气、合闸保持销磨损、传动杆脱落等典型缺陷隐患开展了技术改进研究,提出通过X光检测灭弧室触指情况,加强静触头安装固定强度,增大静触头触指对中的偏差冗余空间,改进安装工艺,改进材质及增加分合闸位置划线标识等技术措施,有效提升无功补偿装置断路器运行性能。 The common faults of circuit breakers used in reactive power compensators are analyzed in this paper.Technical improvements have been studied concerning typical defects such as the deformation and bending of the contact fingers of the circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber of 35 kV low voltage reactive power compensators,the leakage of directly dynamic seal,the wear of the closing retaining pin,and the loss of the drive rod.Technical measures,including the detection of the contact fingers of the arc extinguishing chamber by X-rays,the increase of the installation and fixing strength of the static contact,the increase of the deviation and redundancy space of the static contact finger alignment,the improvement of the installation process and the material quality,and the addition of the marking of the opening and closing positions,are proposed to effectively improve the operation performance of the circuit breaker of reactive power compensators.
