摘要
对广东近年来收获的大量稻米样品中镉含量进行检测,建立广东特色稻米的镉安全指数等级评价方法,同时在广州市面上收集当年收获的广东特色大米样品多份,进行镉含量检测分析,采用确定的评价方法进行评价,结果发现82.6%样品镉含量达到清洁水平,其余17.4%的样品达到安全水平。
The cadmium content of a large number of rice samples harvested in Guangdong for many years was detected to explore the establishment of cadmium safety index grade evaluation method system.Then we collected and detected the cadmium content of many samples of Guangdong characteristic rice in 2020,and applied the cadmium safety index grade evaluation system.The results showed that the cadmium content of all samples was in the clean level.
