蛇床子素抑制NLRP3炎症体及对血管性痴呆大鼠的神经保护作用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨蛇床子素是否能改善血管性痴呆大鼠的认知行为功能及NLRP3炎症体介导的细胞焦亡对其的作用。方法:随机将大鼠分为假手术、血管性痴呆模型、蛇床子素干预组(10,25,40 mg/kg),6只/组。Morris水迷宫实验进行行为学评价。采用PCR、Western blot等方法对各组大鼠被蛇床子素干预后海马组织中IL-1β、caspase-1、IL-18和NLRP3 mRNA和蛋白表达进行检测。结果:不同浓度的蛇床子素可改善血管性痴呆大鼠行为认知功能,并可使海马组织中IL-1β、caspase-1、IL-18和NLRP3的mRNA和蛋白表达均减少,且高剂量组较低剂量组效果显著。结论:血管性痴呆大鼠认知行为的改善可能是由蛇床子素抑制NLRP3炎症体激活所致。
