摘要
目的探讨父母不同生育年龄与妊娠结局的关系。方法分析2016年1月-2017年12月分娩的单胎产孕妇(≥28周)11333例的临床资料。统计父母年龄、妊娠结局相关资料,分析不同母亲年龄、父亲年龄以及年龄和与妊娠结局的影响。结果父母生育年龄与妊娠结局密切相关,其高龄组的OR值均为:母亲组>年龄和组>父亲组。结论高龄生育父母均增加部分妊娠不良结局的风险,母亲年龄对妊娠结局的影响大于父亲年龄对妊娠结局的影响。
Objective To explore the relationship of different Parental age on late pregnancy outcomes. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 11 333 single parturient women(>28 weeks) who gave birth in Suzhou Kowloon hospital from January 2016 to December 2017. Parents age, pregnancy outcome related data statistics, analysis of different mother age, father′s age and the influence of age and pregnancy outcome. Results Parents childbearing age is closely related to pregnancy outcomes, The OR value of the elderly group was : elderly Mother group>elderly parents group>elderly father group. Conclusions Senile birth parents all increase the risk of some adverse pregnancy outcomes, mother is greater than the effect of age on pregnancy outcome father age effects on pregnancy outcome.
